Buildings 1-10 are all leased. There is one not-huge space, 1550 sf that will be completed and move in ready in September. We need a few more committed artists of any medium to share in the responsibility for the overhead to get into this space in Building 11. Approox $400/month each . There is also a huge event space adjacent to it that would be available to us. I think this is an opportunity for us.
