- Guest Speaker: Cindy Fisher
- As our guest presenter for February, Cindy Fisher will share the work she has done creating community mosaics in Guatemala since 2013. In her PowerPoint presentation she will describe how this endeavor got started, some of the challenges and rewards along the way, and how one Guatemalan town is being transformed into a mosaic destination!
- Cindy creates custom fine art mosaics, residential mosaics and mosaic murals in public settings nationwide. She conducts school residencies and community projects and teaches mosaic workshops at several art centers and at her studio in western Massachusetts, BIG BANG MOSAICS. Fine art mosaics, most notably abstract mosaics are Cindy’s passion and her work has won numerous national and international awards.
