A Conversation with Mireille Swinnen:
Learn about the set of rules I use in my workshops to create painterly mosaics: how to enhance light in your work, promote 3D effect, distinguish between the use of warm or cold colors, complementary colors, value, light or dark, tying in the subject to the background, the importance of background effects, shading in portraits, blending colors, ... All these rules are illustrated by and based on mosaic works that I have studied from the School of Spilimbergo.
